How often do you guys get new inventory?

-We get new items weekly!

Do you order more when an item sells out?

-We typically do not re-order anything because we want our customers to have unique pieces! 

How do you pick what to buy?

-We do our best to stay on trend and find pieces that fit the "Jolie" vibe. If we love it then we think you will too! :)

Shipping? Do you ship internationally?

-We do not ship internationally right now but hope to in the future!

How does your sizing run?

Each brand has their own sizing standards so sometimes styles may fit bigger or smaller than others. We do our best to note if something runs big or small in our descriptions. If you are in the store, just ask us and we can help you figure it out! 

What happens if I receive a damaged item?

-Our intent is that this never happens since we inspect each item before shipping, but sometimes items can get damaged in the mail! If so, please let us know right away so we can figure out how to solve the problem together whether it is sending a new item or offering a refund, etc.

Do you guys offer promo codes or discounts?

-Yes! We will always post about any sales on our social media channels and e-mails. These are typically around holidays but sometimes we will do surprise sales. Follow us on our instagram @jolieoccasions and sign up for our e-mails for the latest news!

What is CarbonClick?

-CarbonClick is a company that helps people offset the carbon emissions of their purchases! When you buy a carbon offset with your purchase it goes towards projects that reduce the carbon in the atmosphere such as funding native forest regeneration or renewable energy. This is our small way of helping the planet and doing our part to reduce our carbon footprint!
