Return Policy

Online purchases:

After receiving your order, you have 7 days to contact us via email (info@jolieoccasions.com) for a return label if you want to return or exchange it. Once you receive your return label, you have 7 days to ship it back to us for a full refund, minus shipping costs. All tags must be attached and there should be no signs of wear. Upon receiving your item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to the original form of payment.

In-store purchases:

Any returns within 14 days of purchase will be for store-credit only. After 14 days, all sales are final. All tags must be attached, there should be no signs of wear, and you must have a receipt in order to receive store credit..

Online Order for pick-up:

Online orders for in-store pick-up are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of when the order was marked "ready for pick-up". All tags must be attached, there should be no signs of wear, and you must have a receipt in order to receive a refund. Orders picked up after 14 days are final sale.
