Shipping & Pick-Up Orders

Please allow 2-5 business days for Online Only items to ship, and 1-2 days for all other items. Some items may arrive in separate packages. Once a package is shipped, it is completely out of our hands. If you have any delivery issues, delays, and lost packages, please contact USPS.

All orders selected as "pick-up in-store" will be available the same day (during store hours) except for Online Only items. Please allow 2-5 business days for Online Only items to arrive at our shop for you to pick up. We will send a notification when your order is ready. Once your order is ready for pick-up, please pick it up within 14 days. After 14 days the order is final sale. All orders not picked up after 2 months will be donated.
